Howard County Fields All games and practices are within Howard County, Practices are on school fields, and most games are on park fields depending on where you live in the county All home games are on Howard County turf park fields, practices all take place on Howard County Park and School fields. All practices are on Howard County fields, spring league games may or may not be on Howard County fields, Summer and fall tournaments are usually not on Howard County fields.
